MaxBody AI provides AI-powered fitness tools including body analysis from photos, face analysis, calorie tracking from food photos, personalized workout and nutrition plans, AI coaching chat, body transformation visualization, BMI tracking, and a referral program. These features are intended for informational and educational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Each person may only create one account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.
MaxBody AI offers free features with limited usage, and premium subscription plans for full access. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or our website. By subscribing, you agree to the recurring charges for your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time — for App Store purchases, go to iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > MaxBody.AI > Cancel. For web purchases, contact us at support@maxbody.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods. Prices may change with reasonable notice. Free trial periods, if offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
By uploading photos, you grant MaxBody AI a limited license to process, analyze, and store them for the purpose of providing our services. Body scan photos, body progress photos, and food photos are stored securely in private cloud storage to enable features like progress tracking and nutrition history. Photos used for one-time analysis (such as face analysis) are processed in real-time and not permanently stored. You confirm that you are the subject of uploaded photos or have consent from the subject. You retain ownership of your photos and may delete them at any time. We do not sell your photos or use them for advertising purposes.
All content in MaxBody AI — including body analysis scores, face analysis ratings, coaching advice, workout plans, calorie estimates, nutrition recommendations, and transformation preview images — are generated by artificial intelligence and are estimates or suggestions only. AI features are powered by industry-standard US-based AI providers. Results may vary between uses, may contain inaccuracies, and should not be considered as professional advice. Coaching characters within the app are fictional AI personas and not licensed professionals — their responses are AI-generated and may not always be accurate or appropriate for your specific situation. Calorie and nutritional data from food photo analysis are approximations and may differ from actual values. Always consult qualified healthcare providers before making health or fitness decisions. MaxBody AI assumes no liability for actions taken based on AI-generated content.
We collect personal information including name, email, gender, age, body measurements, fitness goals, and uploaded photos. This data is used solely to provide and improve our services. Photos and data are processed using AI technology provided by US-based providers. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Health and fitness data is not used for advertising. MaxBody AI is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxBody AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, health outcomes, or emotional distress resulting from use of our service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
All content, features, and functionality of MaxBody AI — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, AI models, algorithms, software, and the overall design — are the exclusive property of MaxBody AI and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of our service.

We may terminate or suspend your access to MaxBody AI at any time, without prior notice, for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us.
