- Account Information: Email address, name, gender, and birth year when you create an account.
- Body Photos: Front, side, and back body photos you upload for body analysis. Body scan photos are stored securely in private cloud storage accessible only to you, enabling progress tracking over time. You can delete any stored photos at any time.
- Face Photos: Facial photos you upload for face analysis. These are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored.
- Food Photos: Photos you upload for calorie tracking are stored securely in private cloud storage to maintain your nutrition history. You can delete them at any time.
- Body Measurements: Height, weight, and other body measurements you provide.
- Health & Fitness Data: Questionnaire responses about your fitness goals, activity level, and dietary preferences.
- Usage Data: How you interact with the app, features used, and session information.
- Payment Information: Processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide AI-powered body analysis, face analysis, calorie tracking, and transformation previews
- To generate personalized fitness and nutrition plans
- To provide AI coaching and chat features powered by US-based AI providers
- To manage your account and subscription
- To improve our services and user experience

3. Photo Processing
Photos uploaded for analysis are sent to industry-standard US-based AI providers for processing. Face analysis photos are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored by us or our AI providers beyond the processing time. Body scan photos, body progress photos, and food photos are stored securely in private cloud storage with industry-standard encryption, accessible only to your account. You can delete any stored photos at any time. Photos may also be temporarily cached on your device for session continuity.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your account data and stored photos are kept in private cloud storage with industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your information. All stored content is private and accessible only to your account. Payment processing is handled through the Apple App Store and secure third-party payment processors, which are PCI DSS compliant.
5. Third-Party Services
We use the following categories of third-party services:
- US-based AI Providers: For body analysis, face analysis, calorie tracking, transformation generation, and AI coaching
- Cloud Infrastructure: For authentication, data storage, and private photo storage
- Payment Processors: Apple App Store for in-app purchases, and secure payment processors for web transactions
- Subscription Management: For managing premium subscriptions and purchase verification
- Authentication Providers: Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In for secure account creation
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data as long as your account is active. Stored photos (body scans, body progress, food entries) are retained until you delete them or request account deletion. Face analysis photos are not stored beyond the processing session. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us or using the Delete Account feature in the app.

8. Children's Privacy
Our app is not intended for users under 17 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.
